Inlaid spiral finned pipe is to pre process a spiral groove with a certain width and depth on the steel pipe,
and then inlay the steel strip on the steel pipe on the lathe. In the winding process, due to a certain preload,
the steel strip will be tightly tied in the spiral groove, so as to ensure a certain contact area between the steel
strip and the steel pipe. In order to prevent the steel strip from springback and falling off, both ends of the steel
strip shall be welded on the steel pipe. In order to facilitate inlay, there shall be a certain side gap between the
steel strip and the spiral groove. If the side clearance is too small to form interference, the mosaic process is difficult
to proceed smoothly. In addition, the wound steel strip always has a certain rebound, which makes the steel strip
and the bottom surface of the spiral groove can not be well connected.
